Physical Products: We currently ship physical products exclusively within Canada. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Canada for physical items will not be processed.
Virtual Products: Digital products, such as software licenses and virtual services, are available for purchase and use worldwide.
Products in Backorder: Some products may be available on a backorder basis. Availability for backorder products is subject to confirmation. Orders for backorder products may be delayed, and we will notify you of any changes to your order status.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders, except for deliveries to remote locations.
Delivery times: Delivery vary depending on your location. Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout.
Hardware Shipping: We only ship physical products to Canada. However, products like licenses or subscriptions are available for purchase and use worldwide with no restrictions.
Shipping Carriers: We ship primarily by Fedex, but we may use DHL, UPS, Purolator or any other carrier at our discretion.
Shipping of Virtual Products: Licenses and subscriptions are delivered electronically to the email provided with the order. No physical shipping is involved related with these types of products.
