Returns & Warranty Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Whether you received a wrong item, a damaged unit, or simply changed your mind, our policy is designed to make the process clear and hassle-free.

Returns

Returns are accepted. Please check the following conditions:

  • You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
  • 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns unless confirmed defective or damaged.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection and approval.

Physical Products (Hardware):

  • Must be unopened, unused and in original manufacturer packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival.

Digital Products (Licenses/Software):

  • Must not be previously activated or registered.
Important: All returns must meet the conditions outlined above and must be approved in advance — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. Please check the following conditions:

  • You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.
  • 10% restocking fee applies.
  • All shipping fees related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Physical Products (Hardware):

    • Must be unopened, unused and in original manufacturer packaging.

Digital Products (Licenses/Software):

  • Must not be previously activated or registered.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Notify us within 15 days of delivery if your product arrives defective:

  • We cover 100% of return and replacement shipping costs for confirmed DOA items.
  • After 15 days, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Important: DOA claims must be approved in advance. We may request specific evidence for any DOA approval. 

Manufacturer Warranty

After the initial 15-day return window, all product warranty requests must be processed directly through the manufacturer authorized channels.
