Fortinet end-of-life (EOL) models and end-of-support dates

It means the product has passed its Last Service Extension Date and can no longer be renewed, and is at or near its End of Support date, after which Fortinet no longer provides firmware, security updates, support or hardware replacement.

End of Order (EOO) is the last date the hardware could be bought new. Last Service Extension Date (LSED) is the last date you can renew FortiCare support. End of Support (EOS) is the final date Fortinet supports the product. A unit is legacy between EOO and LSED, and end-of-life after LSED.

If the model is past its Last Service Extension Date, FortiCare can no longer be renewed. If it is before that date, renewal is still possible. Send us the model or serial number and we will confirm exactly where it stands.
