Lifecycle: Fortinet stopped accepting new FortiGate 601F orders on 2026-05-01, so the appliance is no longer available from any channel. DataCenter360.ca supplies FortiGuard and FortiCare renewals for units already in service, available to 2030-05-01, with Fortinet support ending 2031-05-01. No. The FortiGate 601F passed End of Order on 2026-05-01, so Fortinet no longer sells new units and there is no channel left to source the appliance from. DataCenter360.ca supplies FortiGuard and FortiCare renewals for units already in service. For a new deployment, see the FortiGate 901G.
Renewals are available until 2030-05-01 (the Last Service Extension Date), and Fortinet support for the platform ends 2031-05-01. After that the appliance stops receiving signature updates, firmware fixes and TAC support. Every available renewal SKU is listed on this page with live pricing.
The FortiGate 901G is the current-generation equivalent. It runs current FortiOS with the same FortiGuard service catalog, so policies and subscriptions carry over, and FortiConverter can migrate the configuration. Ask us to size it against your actual throughput.
The appliance keeps forwarding traffic, but FortiGuard signature updates stop immediately: no new IPS, antivirus, web-filtering or application-control intelligence. FortiCare TAC support and hardware RMA also lapse. Renew before the expiry date, or plan the migration to a supported platform.
No. DataCenter360.ca supplies new Fortinet hardware and genuine Fortinet licensing only. For a model past End of Order that means renewals for the unit you already own, or a current-generation replacement — not grey-market hardware, which cannot be registered for FortiCare support.
