Managed over FortiLink from any FortiGate, it folds wired access into the Security Fabric - one console for switching, Wi-Fi and security, with no separate controller. It also runs standalone. Powering a denser closet? The 424E-FPOE raises the PoE+ budget to 421 W, and the data-only 424E drops PoE entirely.
