The 524D and 524D-FPOE share the same 24-port / 288 Gbps platform with 10GE SFP+ and 40GE QSFP+ uplinks — they differ by Power over Ethernet: the 524D-FPOE powers 24 ports at up to 740 W, the data-only 524D has no PoE.
