Respond handles post-infection work automatically, isolating affected endpoints and reversing malicious changes to reduce dwell time without manual analyst intervention on every alert.

Standard MDR adds a Fortinet-operated human monitoring layer: analysts watch for confirmed threats around the clock, triage detections, and coordinate response with your team.

Seat bands and minimum order

Band FC2 licenses up to 500 endpoints for the full 2-year term. Four bands are available for this service, as shown in the table below. All bands carry the same 100-endpoint minimum order, meaning no customer may purchase fewer than 100 seats under any band.
