The FAP-400-RMNT-20 gives current FortiAPs a recessed T-rail mount, seating the access point into the ceiling grid for a lower-profile, more secure fit than a surface bracket. It covers the same broad range of modern FortiAP models as the standard wall/T-rail kit, and ships 20 brackets to a box for larger ceiling deployments.

Choose the FAP-400-RMNT-20 when current FortiAPs should sit recessed into a suspended ceiling grid rather than surface-mounted, for a cleaner look or a more tamper-resistant fit in public spaces. The 20-bracket box suits a larger ceiling rollout; for wall or standard T-rail mounting of the same APs, use the FAP-400-MNT-10.

Compatibility

Fits the current FAP-231K/241K/243K/441K/443K, 231G/233G/431G/433G, and 231F/431F/433F/831F/U431F/U433F access points on recessed T-rail. For wall or standard surface T-rail mounting of the same models, use the FAP-400-MNT-10; the 221E/223E use the FAP-221E-MNT-50, and legacy 220A/220B/210B APs use the FAP-200-MNT-10.
