The SP-FAPU24-PA is Fortinet’s external AC/DC power adapter for the FAP-U24JEV, a wall-jack style Wi-Fi access point. It supplies a regulated 54V DC at 1.2A (65 watts) from a 100-240V AC source. The 54 V output places it in the same wall-jack power class as the SP-FAP23J line and is deliberately higher than the 12 V used by the ceiling/wall SP-FAP200/250/400/43F adapters — the FAP-U24JEV draws its power at a PoE-class 54 V. Use it to run a FAP-U24JEV from a local outlet where an upstream PoE switch is not available.
