The result is a 15-minute P1 response SLA, same-day advance hardware exchange, and a dedicated TAC engineer for the duration of the existing Premium contract. Note that this SKU requires an active FortiCare Premium contract (FC-10-AP024-247-02-12) on the same unit; it cannot be purchased as a standalone service.
FortiCare Elite for the FortiAP-C24JE delivers three concrete improvements over Premium: P1 critical-case response drops from 1 hour to 15 minutes; hardware replacement steps up from next-business-day advance exchange to same-day advance exchange; and a dedicated TAC engineer is assigned so that support interactions are handled by someone already familiar with your account and deployment. Firmware entitlement and portal access remain unchanged from Premium — those are already included at the Premium level.
