How FortiClient is deployed

EMS (Endpoint Management Server) is hosted by Fortinet’s FortiCloud platform. After the license key activates, a cloud-hosted EMS tenant is provisioned. Endpoints running the FortiClient agent connect to that tenant for policy enforcement, compliance checks, and telemetry. FortiClient supports Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. No server hardware is required on your side. The subscription is electronic and carries no hardware shipment component.
