Overview

FAC-HW-10KUG is a perpetual hardware user-count upgrade that raises the authenticated-user ceiling of a FortiAuthenticator 800F, 3000E, or 3000F by 10000 users. Once applied, the capacity increase is permanent with no renewal required and no annual fee.

Compatible appliances are the 800F, 3000E, and 3000F. The FortiAuthenticator 300F has a lower maximum user ceiling and cannot accommodate this upgrade. All FortiAuthenticator capabilities — MFA, SSO, RADIUS/LDAP authentication, and certificate management — extend automatically to cover the additional users once the upgrade is applied.

Verify the appliance’s current licensed count and maximum ceiling in the FortiAuthenticator GUI under System > Administration > License before ordering. Upgrades are cumulative and can be stacked up to the appliance’s documented maximum.
