The DC variant ships with two 48-60 VDC hot-swappable power supplies in place of AC units. All performance figures, ASIC hardware (NP7 and CP9), port counts, and software features are the same across both models.
The UTP subscription activates IPS, anti-malware, URL/DNS/video filtering, AI-based inline malware prevention, DLP, attack surface security, OT security, and FortiCare Premium support. The 3-year term begins at registration in the Fortinet support portal, not at shipment. A 1-year and 5-year term are also available if your procurement cycle does not align with three years.
