What “low encryption” means here

LENC is a factory hardware variant, not a software toggle. The appliance ships with high-grade IPsec and SSL VPN bulk encryption restricted so it can be supplied where standard-encryption FortiGates are not permitted. Firewalling, IPS, application control, web filtering, and SD-WAN path selection all behave exactly as they do on a standard 60F. If your site needs full VPN crypto, order the standard FG-60F instead.
