High-traffic data centers running DC power infrastructure need firewall hardware that matches their environment exactly. The FortiGate 3000F-DC is Fortinet’s 2 RU hyperscale firewall built on 48-60 VDC power, carrying the same SPU-accelerated performance as the AC model but designed for telecom and colocation racks where DC bus is standard. Paired with five years of Unified Threat Protection, this bundle delivers sustained protection without annual renewal pressure across a full hardware lifecycle.
This SKU (FG-3000F-DC-BDL-950-60) ships the FortiGate 3000F-DC appliance with a 5-year UTP subscription pre-bundled. UTP activates the following FortiGuard AI-powered services on day one:

The FortiGate 3000F-DC targets organizations that operate DC-powered rack environments: carrier-neutral colocation facilities, telecommunications providers, and large enterprise data centers with central power distribution systems. At 397 Gbps firewall throughput and 33 Gbps of full threat inspection, the unit handles hyperscale edge and core roles. The 6 QSFP28/QSFP+ slots support direct 100 GE and 40 GE connectivity to spine switches, while the 16 SFP28/SFP+ slots cover downstream distribution and aggregation tiers.
Network segmentation deployments benefit from the 200,000-policy capacity and 500-VDOM ceiling. Teams managing multiple tenants or security zones can carve the platform cleanly without hitting operational limits. The included ZTNA enforcement and inline CASB, active under the UTP subscription, extend visibility beyond traditional firewall surfaces to include SaaS access and east-west application traffic.
The 3000F-DC is also available with a 1-year UTP term (FG-3000F-DC-BDL-950-12) and a 3-year term (FG-3000F-DC-BDL-950-36) for organizations that prefer shorter commitments. The FG-3001F-DC adds dual 960 GB SSDs for local log retention. See the FortiGate-3000F-DC model page for the full catalog of hardware configurations and license-only SKUs.
DataCenter360.ca is an authorized Fortinet Select Partner selling into Canada. The FG-3000F-DC-BDL-950-60 ships brand new, direct from Fortinet-authorized stock. Free shipping applies on hardware orders within Canada. For volume pricing or multi-unit deployments, use the Request a Quote link to get a tailored price on this configuration.
The FG-3000F-DC uses DC input power (48–60 VDC) rather than AC (100–240 VAC). Performance figures and interface counts are identical. The DC variant is intended for colocation, carrier, and telecom rack environments where DC power buses are standard. Choose the DC model if your power distribution is 48 V DC; choose the standard 3000F for conventional AC rack power.
UTP activates IPS, anti-malware protection (including CDR and FortiGate Cloud Sandbox), URL/DNS/Video Filtering, Application Control, and Inline CASB. It does not include Anti-Spam, DLP, or OT Security — those are part of the Enterprise Protection bundle. If your environment requires that full stack, consider the Enterprise bundle (BDL-809) instead.
Hardware orders from DataCenter360.ca ship within Canada only. Licensing and software renewals for Fortinet products are electronic and available worldwide. If you need international hardware fulfillment, contact DataCenter360.ca via the Request a Quote form to discuss options.
