On the 50G series, URL/DNS/Video Filtering and AI-based Inline Malware Prevention are not available on FortiOS 7.4.4 and later. DLP and OT Security require FortiOS 7.4.1 or later. For full access to all Enterprise Protection features, Fortinet recommends FortiOS 7.2.x LTS on this platform. Review your compliance requirements and Fortinet’s release notes before selecting a firmware version, as these two capability sets require different firmware branches.
