What it covers

FortiCare Essential provides four entitlements. Firmware updates are available throughout the subscription term, covering all FortiOS releases and security patches for the FWF-51E. Critical-severity cases submitted to Fortinet TAC receive a next-business-day response, which differs from the 1-hour and 15-minute SLAs of the Premium and Elite tiers. One service vs the bundle
