It elevates your existing Premium coverage to Elite for one year, bringing the critical response SLA down from one hour to 15 minutes and adding Next Calendar Day Delivery RMA, without requiring a separate base registration.
This is a differential upgrade, not a standalone contract. It requires an active FortiCare Premium contract on the same FortiAP-432F serial number. Once registered, your coverage becomes Elite-level for the remaining period: 24×7 TAC with a 15-minute critical response commitment, Next Calendar Day Delivery hardware replacement RMA, firmware access, and full support portal access.

Organizations that initially purchased FortiCare Premium and now operate the FortiAP-432F in a more demanding environment than originally anticipated, or where IT policy requires Elite-level SLAs across wireless infrastructure. It is also relevant for installations approaching a critical project or event where a tighter response SLA and faster RMA is needed for a defined period.
Electronic delivery. DataCenter360.ca sends activation details by email after the order is processed, typically the same business day. You apply the upgrade to the existing Premium contract via the Fortinet Support portal at support.fortinet.com. The upgrade must be associated with the same serial number as the active Premium contract.
If you do not yet have FortiCare Premium on your FortiAP-432F, start with that contract first (FC-10-PF432-247-02-12) before purchasing this upgrade. If you prefer to go directly to Elite without two steps, the FortiCare Elite 1-year contract (FC-10-PF432-284-02-12) covers that in a single registration.
