The FN-CABLE-QSFP+5 extends Fortinet’s passive 40GBASE twinax DAC family to 5 metres, useful for 40GbE links that span several racks in a row. Both ends carry integrated QSFP+ connectors and the same -40°C to 85°C rating as the shorter versions, so there’s nothing extra to buy or plug in.
