This SKU fits organizations using a FortiGate 1000F as the segmentation firewall between IT and OT zones: utilities, manufacturing plants, water treatment facilities, and other critical-infrastructure sites where a compromised or misconfigured industrial controller carries real physical consequences. Security teams running purely IT traffic through the 1000F, with no ICS/SCADA segment to protect, generally will not need this add-on.
