What FortiCare Premium Covers

FortiCare Premium is Fortinet’s mid-tier support contract. It goes above the Essential tier on two key points: round-the-clock telephone support and a four-hour window for critical issue response instead of next-business-day. Hardware replacement remains next-business-day at this tier; upgrading to same-day or next-day requires adding the Priority RMA add-on (FC-10-0030E-210-02-12, sold separately).
