What it covers

The service provides cloud-assisted measurement of the underlay links beneath the 51E’s SD-WAN. It tracks available bandwidth and link quality indicators such as latency, jitter, and loss, then feeds that picture back so SD-WAN path selection is based on live conditions rather than static assumptions. The result is fewer dropped calls and stalled sessions when one circuit degrades but has not gone fully down.

Who needs it
