FC-10-0080F-212-02-12 provides one year of 4-hour onsite engineer coverage, which works well for trial deployments, short-term project installations, or situations where you want to evaluate service performance before committing to a longer term. When hardware fails, a field engineer arrives within four hours with the replacement unit and handles the physical swap.

What the 1-Year 4-Hour Onsite Engineer Service Covers

This is a Priority RMA add-on for FortiCare Premium or Elite subscribers on the FortiGate 80F. During the 12-month term, a confirmed hardware failure triggers dispatch of both a replacement unit and a field engineer to the registered site within four hours. The engineer installs the replacement appliance, connects cabling, and removes the defective device if requested. Weekend and holiday coverage is included.

An active FortiCare Premium or Elite contract on the same device is required. Customers on FortiCare Essential do not qualify for Priority RMA add-ons.
