What the 1-Year 4-Hour Hardware Delivery Service Covers

This is a Priority RMA add-on for FortiCare Premium or Elite subscribers on the FortiGate 80F. During the 12-month term, when TAC confirms a hardware fault, Fortinet dispatches a courier with the replacement FortiGate 80F for on-site delivery within four hours. The customer’s team handles installation after the unit arrives. If on-site engineer support is needed during the swap, the -212- add-on provides that. Coverage runs weekends and holidays for the full annual term.

FortiCare Premium or Elite must be active on the same device for this add-on to take effect.
