FC-10-F80FD-211-02-60 is a Priority RMA add-on for FortiCare Premium or Elite subscribers on the FortiGate 80F-DSL. During the five-year term, if TAC confirms a hardware failure, Fortinet dispatches a replacement unit via courier for 4-hour delivery to the registered site. Installation is handled by the customer or their local staff. Coverage applies weekends and holidays throughout the five-year contract period.

FortiCare Essential does not qualify. An active FortiCare Premium or Elite contract must be in place on the same device.
