Priority RMA is an advanced-replacement service and covers weekends and holidays, so a failure on a Saturday is handled the same as one on a Tuesday.

How it works with your FortiCare plan

Priority RMA does not replace FortiCare support, it layers on top of it. The appliance needs an active FortiCare Premium or Elite contract, which supplies 24×7 technical support, firmware, and the base advanced-replacement entitlement. This Next Calendar Day Priority RMA line then accelerates the physical replacement to the next calendar day target. FortiCare Essential, offered on entry devices, is limited to return-and-replace and cannot take a Priority RMA add-on.
