This 3-Year 4-Hour Courier with On-Site Engineer Priority RMA (FC-10-FG9H1-212-02-36) covers both. Fortinet couriers the replacement appliance within four hours of an approved exchange and dispatches an engineer to install it.
This is the highest-touch Priority RMA option for the FortiGate 901G. The four-hour courier delivers the replacement part on-site, and a Fortinet engineer arrives separately to rack and cable the appliance. If you request it, the engineer also leaves with the defective unit. It builds on the advanced-replacement RMA already included with FortiCare Premium and Elite.
Choose this level for remote sites, unstaffed edge locations, and racks where no local hands are available to install a replacement. Like every Priority RMA add-on, it requires an active FortiCare Premium or FortiCare Elite contract on the device; Essential is not eligible.
