Adding the FortiGate 30G 3-Year Upgrade FortiCare Premium to Elite (FC-10-FG30G-204-02-36) raises the critical response ceiling to 15 minutes for that same period, removing the need to manage a separate upgrade renewal each year alongside the base Premium contract. Requires active FortiCare Premium on the same unit; no hardware is involved.

What the Elite Upgrade Adds to Premium

This upgrade changes the response-time profile of the existing FortiCare Premium contract for three years:

  • Priority 1 and Priority 2 critical response: from 1 hour to 15 minutes (24×7)
