AI-based Inline Malware Prevention goes beyond signature AMP to analyze file behavior at the inspection point, catching zero-day threats that have no catalogue entry. Attack Surface Security Rating maps vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across the environment and correlates findings with MITRE ATT&CK framework coverage.

OT Security adds industrial protocol decoders for Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, and other operational technology traffic patterns — useful for mixed IT/OT sites. FortiConverter Service provides a one-time migration credit to convert firewall policies from competing platforms into FortiGate configuration format.
