Does Priority RMA work with FortiCare Essential?

No. Priority RMA requires an active FortiCare Premium or FortiCare Elite contract on the same device. Customers with Essential coverage are not eligible for any Priority RMA add-on. If you are currently on Essential, upgrading the base contract to Premium is the first step.
