What Is the UTP Bundle?

UTP sits between the entry-level Advanced Threat Protection and the full Enterprise Protection tier. It covers the threat intelligence and content filtering needs of most remote industrial sites without the DLP, OT Security telemetry, and Attack Surface components that Enterprise adds. If OT-specific detection and Security Rating matter for your deployment, the Enterprise Protection subscription extends coverage from there.

FortiOS Compatibility Note

Starting with FortiOS 7.4.4, URL/DNS/Video Filtering is not available on FGR-50G hardware. For environments where URL filtering is a requirement, Fortinet recommends running FortiOS 7.2.x LTS on this platform. IPS and Advanced Malware Protection are unaffected and work across all supported firmware versions.
