This 1-Year FortiCare Premium subscription activates full 24/7 Fortinet support for that appliance, starting from the registration date. For teams that operate on annual procurement cycles, or for new deployments where multi-year commitments aren’t yet approved, the 1-year term is the practical first step.

What FortiCare Premium Covers

FortiCare Premium is Fortinet’s mid-tier support contract, sitting above Essential and below Elite. On a FortiGate 71G, this subscription gives you:

  • Advance hardware replacement — a replacement unit ships next business day on confirmed hardware failure
