What this service covers

Priority RMA is an add-on layered on top of an existing FortiCare Premium or FortiCare Elite contract on the FortiGate-2201E; it does not replace device-level support, it upgrades the replacement SLA sitting underneath it. Once a hardware fault is confirmed with Fortinet TAC, a replacement unit ships by courier and is expected on-site within four hours, subject to the local country cutoff window that applies to that Priority RMA option. This is the standard four-hour courier option (as opposed to the four-hour courier with on-site engineer, or the next-calendar-day option), so racking and cabling the replacement remains the customer’s or partner’s responsibility.
