It is the right choice when organizational policy or budget constraints require year-by-year service commitments, or when evaluating full on-site coverage before committing to a multi-year term.

What the 1-Year 4-Hour On-Site Service Covers

FC-10-F80FD-212-02-12 is a Priority RMA add-on for FortiCare Premium or Elite subscribers. During the one-year term, if TAC confirms a hardware failure on the registered FortiGate 80F-DSL, Fortinet dispatches a replacement unit and a field engineer to the registered site within four hours. The engineer installs the replacement, verifies connectivity, and removes the defective appliance if requested. Coverage applies weekends and holidays.

An active FortiCare Premium or Elite contract on the same device is required. Essential does not qualify.
