What This Upgrade Enables

• Priority RMA included: The upgrade builds Priority RMA into the contract. Under Premium, this is an optional paid add-on.

FortiGuard subscriptions run independently of FortiCare tier and are not affected by this upgrade.

First, for organizations that purchased a 5-year Enterprise or UTP bundle — which includes FortiCare Premium — and want to add Elite-level support without modifying the bundle contract. Second, for those on a standalone FortiCare Premium contract who want to step up to Elite for the same 5-year window without replacing the Premium contract entirely.
