What FortiCare Premium Covers

The FortiGate 50G-5G runs on FortiSP5 at up to 5 Gbps firewall throughput and carries an embedded 5G modem supporting both sub-6 GHz and mmWave bands alongside LTE fallback. It fits sites where cellular is the primary WAN medium: remote offices, retail kiosks, construction sites, and any branch where trenching a fibre or DSL circuit is not practical. At these locations, every hour of downtime is a full branch outage. Five-year FortiCare Premium makes sense for sites that are planned to run the same hardware for the unit’s full working life and where procurement teams want to buy support once and not revisit it at the one- or three-year mark.

Activation and Delivery
