If you purchased FortiCare Premium when the FortiGate 900G-DC was deployed and your support requirements have since grown, or you specified Premium initially as a cost control and now need Elite SLAs, the FC-10-FD9H0-204-02-60 closes that gap. This product upgrades an active Premium subscription to the Elite tier for five years. It is not a standalone support contract: an active FortiCare Premium registration on the same device serial number is required before this upgrade can be applied.
