Requires FortiCare Premium or FortiCare Elite on the same device.

What the 4-Hour Onsite RMA Covers

Fortinet’s 4-Hour Hardware and Onsite Engineer Priority RMA is the fastest physical replacement option in the FortiCare lineup. When the FortiWiFi 71G fails and an RMA is confirmed, Fortinet dispatches two things simultaneously: a replacement unit by courier and a field engineer to your site. Both are committed to arrive within four hours. The engineer racks and cables the new appliance and, if you request it, takes the defective unit away when they leave.

This subscription is an add-on to FortiCare Premium or FortiCare Elite. It cannot be purchased standalone or attached to a FortiCare Essential contract. Coverage runs for one year from the activation date. Priority RMA options cover weekends and holidays, unlike standard next-business-day replacement.
