FC-10-P23JK-247-02-12 covers a single FAP-23JK-A for one year with round-the-clock TAC access, firmware update entitlement, and hardware replacement coverage. Unlike the renewal-only Essential tier, Premium is available on day one — bundled with the hardware order or purchased alongside it.

The 247 contract provides 24/7 TAC access via phone and online portal, firmware updates throughout the contract term, and a hardware replacement process with coverage for the unit under contract. For an access point deployed in a production wireless environment, this means Fortinet-backed support is available when an issue surfaces outside business hours, which matters in environments running three shifts or operating across multiple time zones.
