What the 212 Priority RMA Covers

The 212 service code represents the highest-tier Priority RMA option for the FortiAP-831F. It combines two components: a replacement access point dispatched to your facility, and a certified Fortinet field engineer who arrives with it. The engineer handles the physical swap-out, verifies basic configuration, and hands the restored unit back to your team. No need to troubleshoot or ship the failed unit back before the replacement arrives.
