When an indoor space needs real Wi-Fi 7 capacity, lecture halls, atriums, large open offices, transit terminals, the FortiAP-HD-441K (FAP-HD-441K-A) answers with four radios running 4×4 across 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz, plus a dedicated tri-band scanner. Two 10 Gigabit Base-T uplinks back it, so even a packed room of 802.11be clients has headroom on the wire. It is the high-capacity indoor member of the FortiAP High Density family.
The AP and a ceiling, T-rail, and wall mounting kit. Power is 802.3bt, ordered as a bt switch port or the GPI-145 injector. The unit also carries BLE/Zigbee and onboard GPS for location services.

The 441K is built for indoor density. Four 4×4 radios mean more spatial streams to share across many simultaneous clients, and the dedicated fourth radio scans all bands for security without stealing client airtime. The standout is backhaul: dual 10G Base-T ports let you aggregate or fail over the uplink so a crowded hall is never throttled at the wire. ZeroWait DFS keeps 5 GHz channels usable without the usual radar-check pause, and onboard GPS supports location and asset use cases indoors.
The 441K requires 802.3bt PoE. Plan a bt-capable switch port or the GPI-145 injector. With four radios and dual 10G PHYs, an 802.3at port will not run it at full capability.
No per-AP operating license. It is managed by the Fortinet WLAN controller on a FortiGate or through FortiEdge Cloud, under the same management as the rest of the High Density series. FortiCare Premium support (FC-10-H441K- prefix) is optional and sold separately.
High-density indoor venues: lecture theatres, conference halls, terminals, and large offices that need Wi-Fi 7 capacity and 10G uplinks. For the entry indoor tier on 802.3at, the 431G is the lighter option; for outdoor UHD, look at the 444K reconfigurable units.
The FortiAP 443K is the same Wi-Fi 7 indoor design with an external-antenna configuration for coverage shaping in irregular high-density spaces.
DataCenter360.ca stocks the FAP-HD-441K-A in Canada as an authorized Fortinet Select Partner, factory-sealed with full Canadian warranty and free shipping in 0 to 1 business days. Dual 10G backhaul changes the switch plan, so tell us the deployment and we will confirm the uplink and PoE before you order.
No per-AP operating license. It is managed by a FortiGate or FortiEdge Cloud. FortiCare Premium support (FC-10-H441K- prefix) is optional.
The dual 10G Base-T uplinks allow link aggregation or failover so a Wi-Fi 7 AP serving a dense indoor crowd is never bottlenecked at the wired uplink.
802.3bt PoE, via a bt-capable switch port or the GPI-145 injector. An 802.3at port will not run all four radios and both 10G PHYs at full capability.
Both are Wi-Fi 7 indoor 4-radio APs. The 443K uses an external-antenna configuration for coverage shaping; the 441K is the internal-antenna unit.
Yes. DataCenter360.ca ships the FAP-HD-441K-A free to all Canadian provinces in 0–1 business days. Hardware sales are for Canadian customers only.
