The FortiSwitch 348G-FPOE is the PoE variant of the 348G campus switch, delivering 802.3bt Power over Ethernet on all 48 ports with a 1,540 W total budget. It combines 24 standard GE RJ45 ports with 24 multigigabit 2.5GE RJ45 ports and four 10G SFP+ uplinks, giving 240 Gbps of switching capacity. Each port supports up to 90 W (802.3bt Type 4), powering Wi-Fi 6/6E APs, IP cameras, IP phones and IoT sensors from a single cable. Layer 2/3 routing and MACSec encryption are included. Managed over FortiLink from any FortiGate, it joins the Security Fabric for unified wired, wireless and security management. If you do not need PoE, the data-only 348G is the lower-cost alternative.
