It delivers 240 Gbps of switching capacity in a 1 RU chassis with Layer 2/3 routing and MACSec encryption on every port. Managed over FortiLink from any FortiGate, it folds wired access into the Security Fabric — one console for switching, Wi-Fi and security, with no separate controller. The mixed 1G/2.5G port layout suits campus floors where some devices need gigabit only and others (Wi-Fi 6/6E APs, workstations) benefit from 2.5G.
