But for deployments where a one-hour response guarantee is required, such as a hub firewall at a smaller regional office or a device supporting a compliance-sensitive workload, the FC-10-GT31G-204-02-12 closes that gap without replacing the existing Premium contract. This one-year upgrade adds only the delta entitlements that separate Elite from Premium, at a lower cost than purchasing a full Elite contract from scratch.

What the Premium-to-Elite Upgrade Adds
