Priority RMA Next Calendar Day Delivery (service code 210) is an add-on that upgrades the hardware-replacement speed included with FortiCare Premium or Elite. When a covered failure occurs and the exchange is confirmed before the applicable country cutoff time, Fortinet ships a replacement FortiGate 400F for next-calendar-day arrival, weekends and holidays included. The base FortiCare Premium or Elite contract remains the source of telephone support, firmware updates, and the online support portal. This SKU does not include those support services on its own.

What happens when this 5-year term expires?
