For the duration of the one-year term, every qualifying failure follows this process without additional per-event fees.
A one-year onsite RMA term fits several situations: aligning to a FortiCare contract that renews in 12 months, covering a site during a compliance audit window, protecting a new deployment through its highest-risk first year, or simply testing whether the SLA level is needed before committing to 3 or 5 years.
