What FortiCare Premium Covers

FortiCare Premium gives you 24×7 telephone access to Fortinet TAC engineers, a four-hour response window for severity-1 issues, next-business-day hardware replacement, and full access to FortiOS firmware releases, security content, and the FortiCare portal for all three years. It does not cover FortiGuard threat intelligence services, which are licensed separately.
