What This Service Covers

A confirmed hardware failure triggers same-day dispatch of a replacement FortiGate 50G. The courier delivers it the following calendar day, counting every day of the week regardless of weekends or public holidays. The failed unit does not need to be returned before the replacement ships; Fortinet sends the Advanced Replacement device first. Coverage runs for 12 months from the activation date.

This service is an add-on only and requires FortiCare Premium or Elite on the same device. FortiCare Essential includes return-and-replace RMA only and is not eligible for Priority RMA add-ons.
