Support is staffed 24/7 by Fortinet-certified engineers. Hardware replacement is advance replacement, and the subscription includes 18 months of extended LTS engineering support beyond the standard firmware lifecycle. The FortiCare Elite portal rounds out the package with proactive device health and security posture insights.
