The 24×7 TAC access, next-business-day RMA, and firmware rights are all identical to the 1-year and 3-year versions; the 5-year term simply locks that coverage in at the lowest cost per year.

What FortiCare Premium Covers

FortiCare Premium gives the FWF-51G-A a full support envelope: 24×7 phone and web-portal TAC access with a 2-hour response target on critical issues, next-business-day hardware replacement if the appliance fails, and ongoing firmware update rights. For a WiFi-integrated NGFW sitting at a branch or small office, this means both the routing/firewall function and the wireless access point are covered under the same support contract. If something breaks, Fortinet ships a replacement the next business day.

Activation and Delivery
